FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If there are any item listed on your quote that you would not like to move forward with you can simply cross those items off the proposal before returning it to us and the scope of work will be updated on your account.

Once we received your signed acceptance of bid, your project will be transferred to our scheduling department. Please allow a 1-2 week turn around for us to supply a tentative start date.

We do our very best to stay on schedule. All work is subject to weather related delays. You will be given a tentative start week and a representative from our office will call one day prior to the day our crew is scheduled to arrive that week with an expected arrival time and any further instructions needed.

Each job scope is different therefore a deposit is taken on a case-by case basis. If a deposit is needed we will notify you. If your job does not require a deposit the payment is due in full the day our crew completes the job.

The length of time your job will take is dependent on size. Our prep crew will come out and prepare your driveway for a new installation. If you will be having masonry work done the masonry crew will follow after the prep work is completed. Once both phases are complete we will schedule the job for final installation. You can typically expect an in progress phase for approximately 5-7 days if you are having masonry or drainage work completed along with your driveway.

Once the prep crew is finished you will have full use of your driveway. The day we pave it you will need to refrain from parking vehicles and or driving on the newly installed surface for approximately 48 hours– if temperatures are hot waiting longer is preferred. Walking on the asphalt is okay. Asphalt needs time to fully harden / cure and will usually take 6-12 months to do so. The driveway will remain soft & pliable until then. The asphalt will soften & harden as temperatures fluctuate.
